Frequently asked questions
- How do I know if my pool is actually leaking or just evaporating?
- Evaporation typically only accounts for a few millimetres a day. If you are losing more than that, or topping up several times a week, it is worth having the pool tested. The bucket test is a good first check, and we can confirm the result on site.
- Can you find the leak without emptying the pool?
- In most cases, yes. Pressure testing and underwater dye testing let us locate the vast majority of leaks with the pool full, so there is no need to drain it.
- Do you repair the leak as well as find it?
- Yes. Once the source is confirmed we carry out targeted repairs to the shell, fittings or plumbing and re-test to make sure the leak is gone.
